I'm Mary Ivon Pastorek-- a therapist turned coach, speaker, and consultant. 

 

I've always been fascinated by who people are and why they act and interact the ways that they do. What I've found is that much of how we show up in the world is derived from the story we tell ourselves and the meaning we make of it throughout the course of our lives.  My work is focused on helping individuals and teams get curious about the story they're operating from and create movement and growth beyond the stories that don't fit. 

 

Walking through a recovery journey taught me that real growth and healing require patience, honesty, and trust both with self and others.

 

I don’t believe in bypassing pain, rushing insight, or offering easy answers. I believe in creating space—internally and externally—so people can tell the truth, see clearly, and move forward with integrity.

 

My hope is to help create a clearing in all of life’s noise—where perspective widens and grounded decisions become possible.
